Sorig Khang Helsinki is a school of Traditional Tibetan medicine in Helsinki, Finland. We organize large variety of theoretical and practical courses on sowa rigpa and Tibetan therapies and do other activities in the field of Tibetan medicine and culture. Most of our courses can be delivered in Finnish, English or Russian language.

Bella Bash
Born in 1962 in Petrozavodsk, Russia, since 1991 lives in Finland. Bella´s first profession is a teacher and a translator. She studied languages, pedagogy and translation at the Universities in Petrozavodsk, Russia and Vasa, Finland. Later her life-long interest in natural medicine turned into a new profession. After a long journey through various healing methods and traditions she finally found Tibetan medicine which she fell totally in love with. She studied sowa rigpa under the guidance of Dr Nida Chenagtsang since 2007 and now works as a therapist and teacher of sowa rigpa. Bella founded the Finnish branch of SKI (former IATTM) in 2008 and since then has been organizing teachings in Finland and later was also certified by Dr Nida to teach several subjects of sowa rigpa. Bella is the chairman of the non-profit organization Sorig Khang Helsinki ry.
Anu Rootalu-Wachsmann
Anu lives in Estonia and she is a midwife by her first education. She has also studied Chinese and Korean acupuncture. Anu has been studying and practicing Traditional Tibetan medicine since 2002 with Dr Nida Chenagtsang. She is a unique specialist on the questions of pregnancy and childbirth from the point of view of sowa rigpa. Anu works as a sowa rigpa practitioner and as a teacher of TTM and TET both in Estonia and internationally. Anu is a guest teacher for Sorig Khang Helsinki.
Sergei Frolov
Sergei is a ku nye practitioner since 2015 and SKI nejang yoga instructor since 2018. Originally a miner, he has been practicing healing, herbs, acupuncture and other natural ways of healthcare since his young years. Later he also changed his profession into masseur and devoted himself to helping people.
